Our Services

Housing

Our homes are fully furnished where an on-site staff is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Our programs are designated to serve a wide array of youth aging-out of the foster care system.

Vocational Training

We have partnered with a few local businesses and schools to give our residents access to free tuition, learn trades and career development opportunities. Residents will also have the opportunity to go through the HustlePHX 101 Entrepreneurship program.

Financial Literacy

Our life skills program teaches youth-focused financial literacy skills such as budgeting, saving, building credit and filing taxes. Residents will also have the opportunity to build their credit as they make on-time payments towards their rent.

Young Adult Essentials

We help all of our residents get the proper legal identifications within the first 30 days of our program. Our young adult coordinators are highly trained to help navigate federal and state websites to retrieve all legal identification documents.

Leadership Development

Residents are able to take advantage of the annual Adonai Leadership Trip as it teaches meaningful life skills, provides an opportunity to meet new people, facilitates cultural appreciation, and teaches the ability to adapt to new environments.

Employment Assistance

Residents will have the opportunity to learn how to write resumes and learn job interview skills with our community partners. Year Up is a 100% free tuition job training program where students have the opportunity to earn college credit. Once the program is completed, students have an opportunity to make $40,000 or more within the first four months of graduation from the program at a Fortune 100 company.

Mentorship

Each youth will have the opportunity to receive a designated mentor, whom we call allies.  The role of an ally is to offer support and meet at least every two weeks with our youth during their time at the house.

Leisure Activities

Our donors' support enriches the lives of our residents, fostering memorable experiences and creating lasting bonds within our community. Our residents enjoy leisure activities generously funded by donors, including bowling, movies, escape rooms, hikes, and more.

Parenting Support

We have specific homes that are tailored to fit the needs of the young parents. These homes are designed to help youth get on their feet while they have new babies or young children. These homes are also come fully equipped with cribs and toys for kids. We work with our community partners to provide baby essentials like formula, diapers etc.

Therapy

We collaborate closely with behavioral health and mental health providers to ensure our residents have access to therapy and support whenever needed. Through this partnership, we prioritize the holistic well-being of our residents, offering tailored counseling and mental health services to empower them on their journey towards stability and independence.

Transportation Support

We allow for residents to own cars if they have them and work with residents to quickly be in a financial position to purchase their own. We help residents secure public or other transportation services as needed. This includes bus and light rail passes, as well as uber/lyft vouchers. In addition, we are working towards an in-house transportation solution in the form of a company taxi.

Retreats

In the fall season, we host a rejuvenating retreat for young adults at a serene campground in Arizona. Surrounded by nature's beauty, participants engage in reflective hikes, team-building exercises, and mentor-led workshops, fostering personal growth and connection. This transformative experience provides a unique opportunity for participants to recharge and thrive amidst the tranquil ambiance of Fall.
