Adonai Transitional Housing was formed by a team of three colleagues with the intent of creating a sort of perfect union of experience and capacity.

Aundré Wright represents a hyper relevant set of experience and competence specific to serving aged-out foster youth. Our Values

Youth First.

We believe that youth and their needs are the primary focus of our organization. At Adonai, we are committed to recognizing the unique needs of youth and advocating for them. We take it upon ourselves to empower young people by providing them with tools and resources to face life’s challenges head on. Our dedication to youth is evident in all areas of our organization, from decision-making processes to how we allocate our funding. We also work hard to ensure that youth voices are heard in conversations around decision-making and understanding the issues they face in their everyday lives.

Be Generous.

As a faith-based organization we believe that generosity is part of living out our faith. By giving generously of ourselves, whether through our time, talents or treasures, we are humbly serving others and glorifying God. This belief drives our passion to build a culture of kindness, something that is not only integral to our work environment but also reaches out into the community. A heart of generosity fuels us to seek innovative ways to contribute and serve foster youth; putting feet to our prayers and turning mere words into effective action.

The Best Idea Wins.

Our organization wants to create an environment that encourages creativity and fresh ideas. We are dedicated to helping our employees generate clever solutions to solve everyday, difficult problems and we have implemented various measures to create a platform for innovative thinking. Every person here is encouraged to explore their creative capabilities without feeling restricted or inhibited in any way. With such a culture of innovation, our team will be able to come up with unique solutions to tackle complex issues efficiently and effectively. There is no hierarchy when it comes to discovering solutions to our operational needs. We strive to continue being a leader in program development and housing for aged-out youth in Arizona.

Serve As A Team.

The key to our success is making sure our residents and our employees feel supported. At Adonai, we pride ourselves on our holistic approach to service. We understand that the foundation of any successful business is cultivating an atmosphere of support and respect among both residents and employees. It is our belief that when everyone works together in a spirit of cooperation and kindness, we can achieve great things. To this end, we encourage all staff members to make service to one another their primary focus when performing work duties. This 'service first' attitude allows us to create meaningful relationships between employees and boost efficiency for the benefit of youth.

Glorify God.

At the core of our purpose lies a deep faith that God plays an integral role in motivating and sustaining us. The Christian ethos is fundamental to the way we do business and is woven through everything we do. Adonai, a powerful Hebrew term meaning Lord and Master, is the thought-provoking inspiration behind naming our faith-led company. Our Christian belief therefore shapes the way we manage people, interact with residents and conduct our services: it is not just key words to guide each member of our team but a living expression of who we are and what sets us apart.

Do Everything With Integrity.

We believe that all of our work should start and end with integrity. At Adonai, integrity is paramount to our success and drives every step we take. We strive to ensure that our work is ethical and in line with the values we uphold. Our team members show respect for each other and for their work, creating a culture where good decisions are made and honest communication is encouraged. We want everyone in the organization to feel a sense of responsibility for upholding the standard of integrity, which ultimately translates into better program experiences and results.
