Throughout the year, our unwavering commitment to empowering young adults aging out of foster care shone brightly, illuminating paths toward independence, resilience, and hope.

With 43 remarkable young adults progressing through our program, each step forward marked a triumph of perseverance and determination. From the launch of six new homes in Phoenix and Tucson to the relentless pursuit of meaningful employment opportunities, every endeavor was a testament to the transformative power of community support and collaboration.

One of our proudest achievements was witnessing a staggering 100% employment rate among job-ready individuals within 90 days of entering our program. This milestone not only provided financial stability but also instilled a sense of pride and purpose in our residents as they embraced new opportunities and pursued their dreams.

Moreover, our commitment to holistic support was evident as 90% of independent-ready young adults secured leases for their own apartments, marking a significant milestone in their journey toward self-sufficiency and empowerment. Through comprehensive life skills training, essential resources, and unwavering support, we empowered these individuals to navigate life's challenges with newfound strength and resilience.
